Great customer service an communication.   Some delay in getting product was quickly communicated and greatly appreciated to set proper expectations.
When it was available, packaged and shipped well.
appreciate the attention to customer service.

Product itself works great for the Ox tow bar to fit my 2" receiver, easier and cheaper than installing a new hitch... now I have two options for towing..
