Chucking is usually caused by standard leaf springs reacting poorly to road joints. The Comfort Ride Slipper Spring system allows the springs to move more freely, absorbing the energy that usually transfers to your truck's hitch.
2. Can I install the Comfort Ride kit on my travel trailer myself?
Yes! Many of our customers, like Dustin and John B., completed the install with standard tools. It is a bolt-on system that typically takes 4–6 hours for a single person to install on a tandem axle trailer.
3. Will this suspension system work with Lippert or Dexter axles?
The Comfort Ride system is compatible with most major brand 3" and 3.5" diameter axles. However, it is specifically designed for leaf spring setups and
will not work with Torsion Axles.
