Errors; Order Acceptance
All orders placed through this site constitute an offer to purchase and are not accepted until confirmed and shipped by RV Camp Champ Inc. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information — including description, specifications, images, or availability — RV Camp Champ Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, correct or limit any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

RV Camp Champ Inc. will notify you by e-mail or phone, using the contact information provided with your order, within seven (7) days of the order date. You may accept the corrected order or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you or do not hear back within a reasonable time, the order will be cancelled. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled or refused under this section, RV Camp Champ Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount actually charged.

RV Camp Champ Inc. further reserves the right to limit quantities, to decline orders that appear to be for resale, and to refuse or cancel orders it believes to be fraudulent or that it is unable to fulfill for any other reason. Shipping and returns are further governed by the Shipping & Returns policy posted on this site, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
