Blue Ox Adventure Tow Bar 5,000lb The BX7322 Adventure Class III Basic Blue Ox Tow Bar is definitely an entry-level tow bar, however, it’s a great buy for the occasional car tow on vehicles under 5,000 lbs. Although the Blue Ox Adventure tow bar doesn’t store on the front of the tow vehicle, its independent movable (non-fixed) arms fold up for easy storage in the tow car’s trunk or an RV storage compartment. The Blue Ox Adventure tow bar doesn’t come with the necessary 2” ball for your RV hitch or safety cables, so please budget for a ball and set of required cables.

Most vehicles fall into the 5,000 lbs. rating on the entry-level Blue Ox Tow Bar. So it then boils down to the features that will help you when connecting your tow vehicle to your RV. There are basically two major types of Blue Ox RV tow bars: - Motorhome (RV) Mounted Tow Bars, which slide and pin directly into your RV hitch.
- Tow Car / Vehicle Mounted Tow Bars, which are coupled to a tow ball in the RV hitch (extra parts).
