Returns Policy


Satisfaction Guarantee

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new and unused item for a full product refund less shipping.  Please call and speak to one of our Customer Care Specialist for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address to return item to.  Do not send items anywhere without speaking with our Customer Care Specialist as without an RMA and proper return address, your refund will likely experience drastic delays. Products returned that have clear evidence of use will not be processed for refund.  Immediate exchanges are not available; you will need to purchase replacement items as a new order and you will be refunded for original purchase once item is received and inspected.   

Note:  Customer responsible for outbound / inbound shipping expenses.

Defective Items / Shipping Damaged Items  / Missing Parts

If your items arrive damaged, missing parts or are defective from the manufacturer, please contact our Customer Care Specialist immediately.

  • Items defective from the manufacture will be exchanged under manufacture guidelines and may or may not be handled by the manufacture.
  • Items damaged in shipping will have claim filed with shipper to cover replacement of damaged item.
  • Items that arrive missing parts, please call for replacement.
  • All approved replacement items / parts will be shipped using the same shipping method used on original order.

Note:  If you choose to use defective / damaged parts, it is at your own risk.  If you install damaged parts and/or buy replacement missing parts at your own expense, you will not be reimbursed the cost involved with your decision.


Canceling Un-shipped Items

  • You may cancel an un-shipped item for full refund, just call our Customer Care Specialist.
  • If your item has shipped, it can sometimes be called for a return prior to delivery, however you will be responsible for outbound shipping and call back fees charged by the shipper.

Special Order Items
Special Order items identified as such and/or added solely for your order are subject to additional return criteria / restocking fees, and may not be returnable at all.  Please call for assistance understanding any particular special order item's unique return policy before placing your order.

Refunds

Customer will be notified via e-mail that refund has been processed and turned over to the card processing company.  Please factor in time (7-14 days)  for the banks to process and post your refund as with many banks it can take a few days.  Actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the original purchase price unless refund is based on defective items from manufacture or mistake made on order by RVCampchamp.com.

Sales Tax

  • Operating and incorporated in the state of Oregon, a sales tax free state, we will not charge any sales tax.
  • Any tax, brokerage and/or duties due for shipment to a country other than the USA are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Use tax laws vary by State. Any sales or use tax due any state on internet purchases are the responsibility of the purchaser.

I have a question on my charges.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Return Policy
 

Return Authorization Request

Your satisfaction is our ONLY goal. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days from the date your order was received for a refund. We cannot exchange items. Please place a new order online for the replacement item(s).

Products must be returned with the original box, packaging, all manuals, and accessories along with your proof of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition.

No claims for shortages or damages will be honored unless reported within 10 business days from the date of delivery.

About Restocking Fees & Refunds:

  • There is a 15% re-stocking fee on any return that is not an error of our company or website.
  • The value of any missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
  • Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable.
  • If you return a product that qualified for free shipping when ordered, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  • It is the original purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer.
  • Pending inspection, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment.

How do I find my product?

How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
